Please note: It is your responsibility to inform your trainer if any of the following apply prior to booking and  attending any class: 

 - You have any medical condition / injury that may prevent you from taking part 

 - You suffer from breathing difficulties

 - You been advised by a doctor or medical professional not to take part in physical activity

 - You have any doubt about your physical condition that may need to be considered prior to a class.
